Currently we are bombarded with experts telling us how to manage our lives, well being and mental health. There is no doubt about it many of us are struggling with restrictions isolation, financial ruin or relationships running into difficulty. The list is endless. A lot of what the experts tell us is wonderful but there are so many experts now we often find ourselves confused as to what expert advice to follow.
I have a suggestion: why don’t you learn to become your own expert. You already know you more then anyone. Learn to empower yourself to live the life you want and to take care of yourself that benefits you.A tip that you may find helpful is to :Get on with it not dwell on it. Do something to improve the quality of your own life: for your health and wellbeing is in your own hands
