Your responsibilities include:
1. Providing beauty services to clients, such as hair styling, colouring, facials, manicures, pedicures, massage and waxing.
*Upskilling and training will be offered in any area needed.
2. Maintaining clean and organised work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilised and in good working condition.
3. Advising clients on different beauty treatments and products, and recommending suitable options based on their preferences.
4. Keeping up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with high-quality services.
5. Greeting clients as they arrive, offering refreshments, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments for services.
6. Managing client bookings and confirming appointments, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
7. Handling cash transactions, operating payment systems and recording financials.
8. Managing inventory, ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
9. Assisting in maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area, ensuring cleanliness and comfort for clients.
10. Addressing client concerns and resolving any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
11. Cooperating and communicating effectively with other team members to ensure a smooth operation of the salon.
12. Upselling products and services to clients, promoting additional treatments or packages as appropriate.
