
Due to continued expansion we have a vacancy for an office administrator. The role is front of house and will involve the initial first contact with potential/existing trade and general public clients.
Duties:
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence including Social Media
Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company
Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so
Role Requirements
Practical Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package
Basic Knowledge of an accounts package – Create invoice, statement, transaction reports. Training will be given on our current package. Knowledge of social media platforms an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
